Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Treasury Solution Consultant to drive revenue from payables solutions. You will partner with Relationship Managers, Product teams, and fintech partners to optimize procure-to-pay processes and working capital for mid-market and large corporate clients.

The role requires deep AP and ERP integration knowledge, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of Treasury Management, Payments, Fintech, or ERP-related experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Payable processes within mid-market or large corporate environments.
• Strong technical knowledge in integrating banking solutions with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with APIs, host-to-host connectivity, file-based integrations (EDI, XML, CSV), and data transformation/mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in technical and operational conversations with client stakeholders, including Treasury, IT, and Finance teams.
• Experience with fintech platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep proficiency in Payables Automation solutions (e.g., Commercial Card, ACH, Wire, Real-Time Payments, Check Print).
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Accounts Payable workflows and ERP integrations.
• Maintain sales pipeline visibility and drive opportunities through closure to maximize revenue.
• Conduct Business Process Reviews to map Procure-to-Pay operations for optimization.
• Provide consultative guidance on payables digitization and electronic channel migrations.
• Analyze impact on efficiency, working capital, liquidity, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities with client needs and ERP trends.
• Lead complex discussions translating advanced processes into practical concepts.
• Represent Fifth Third in client presentations and industry forums on payments modernization.
• Lead internal/external educational sessions to build knowledge on payables solutions.
