You will bridge legacy banking setups with modern treasury architecture, building scalable controls and financial integrity enterprise-wide.

You are a battle‑tested operator and strategic thinker, advising the CFO, strengthening bank relations, and guiding cross‑entity treasury initiatives as Metropolis scales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Operations, and Post-M&A Integration or Turnaround mandates with direct oversight of AP/Procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Experience in highly leveraged or complex multi-entity environments managing daily cash positioning, sweeps, and debt inputs.
• Hands-on experience implementing Treasury Management Systems and integrating TMS with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize disbursements and working capital across legacy and acquired entities; remediate subledger-to-GL backlogs and establish operational control.
• Transition manual payment flows to ACH and virtual card platforms; optimize Days Payables Outstanding while protecting supplier trust.
• Institute disciplined procurement controls across decentralized operations to curb unapproved spend and align capital outlays with liquidity.
• Rationalize bank-account proliferation and legacy sweep structures into a simplified, automated cash-concentration network.
• Build and maintain a 13-week rolling cash forecast to navigate post-acquisition liquidity cycles and revolver utilization.
• Drive daily multi-entity cash positioning to maximize short-term yield and reduce banking fees.
• Oversee debt instruments, amortization schedules, financing leases, and debt covenant compliance.
• Execute interest rate and FX hedging strategies; liaise with banking syndicate for operational support.
• Lead migration from fragmented legacy platforms to a modern Treasury Management System with automated postings.
• Audit and optimize merchant processing fees and interchange rates; mentor a high-performing treasury team.
