Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of Treasury Operations to lead post-acquisition integration, stabilization, and infrastructure turnaround. You will bridge legacy environments with modern treasury architecture, building scalable liquidity controls and financial integrity across the enterprise, reporting to the CFO and guiding banking relationships.

You will drive 13-week cash forecasting, multi-entity cash positioning, and justify automated systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Operations, and Post-M&A Integration or Turnaround Mandates, with direct oversight or coordination of AP and Procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize disbursements and working capital across legacy and acquired entities, remediating backlogs and establishing operational control.
• Audit vendor payment terms, transition flows to ACH and virtual cards, optimize Days Payable Outstanding while protecting supplier trust.
• Institute disciplined procurement controls across decentralized operations to curb unapproved spend and sequence capital outlays against daily liquidity.
• Rationalize bank account structures and legacy sweep options into a simplified, automated cash concentration network.
• Build and maintain a 13-week rolling cash forecast to navigate liquidity cycles post-acquisition.
• Drive daily multi-entity cash positioning to maximize short-term yield and reduce banking fees.
• Oversee debt instruments, amortization schedules, and covenant compliance; manage interest payments.
• Lead FX hedging strategies and act as primary liaison to banking syndicates.
• Migrate to a modern Treasury Management System with automated subledger-to-GL posting routines.
• Audit and optimize merchant processing fees and mentor a high-performing treasury team.
