Metropolis is seeking a Senior Director of Treasury Operations to lead post-acquisition integration, stabilization, and infrastructure turnaround across our expanding footprint. You will bridge legacy environments with modern treasury architecture to build scalable liquidity controls and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership in Corporate Treasury, Cash Operations, and Post-M&A Integration or Turnaround mandates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Experience implementing Treasury Management Systems and integrating with ERP platforms.
• Proven ability to rationalize multi-entity banking structures and enforce strong internal controls.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership to partner with CFO and banking syndicates.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize disbursements and working capital across legacy and acquired entities.
• Transition manual flows to ACH/virtual cards and optimize Days Payable Outstanding.
• Institute disciplined procurement controls across decentralized operations.
• Rationalize bank accounts and legacy sweeps into a streamlined cash network.
• Maintain a 13-week rolling cash forecast for post-acquisition liquidity.
• Lead daily multi-entity cash positioning and manage revolver utilization.
• Oversee debt instruments, amortization schedules, and debt covenant compliance.
• Drive EFT/FX hedging strategies and serve as banking syndicate liaison.
• Migrate to a modern TMS with automated subledger‑to‑GL posting.
• Audit merchant fees and mentor a high-performing treasury team.
