Job summary

Caturus, a Houston-based exploration and production company, is seeking a senior treasury professional to manage cash, debt compliance, and risk mitigation. You will partner closely with FP&A and accounting, reporting directly to the VP of Finance in Houston, TX.

The role emphasizes liquidity forecasting, lender reporting, and strategic support for financing major LNG projects. 10+ years in treasury or LNG experience is preferred, with a CPA/CTP or related certification advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years in treasury or compliance required.
• Oil & Gas LNG experience strongly preferred.
• CTP or other professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treasury policies and internal controls.
• Partner with Project Finance to align cash flow with schedules and financing.
• Oversee debt draws, equity contributions, and lender reporting.
• Lead management of interest rate and FX hedges.
• Coordinate liquidity planning with FP&A and budgeting.
• Manage daily and long-term cash forecasting and liquidity.
• Deliver treasury analyses to senior management.
• Provide insights for capital allocation and strategic decisions.
