Job summary

Altus Community Healthcare in Houston, TX seeks a Treasury Manager to own cash, liquidity forecasting and lender relationships. You will run daily treasury operations, manage an asset-based credit facility and provide leadership with a clear cash view for private equity sponsors.

You will coordinate intercompany funding, monitor receipts, and drive controls and automation using NetSuite and treasury tools. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and 5+ years in treasury or corporate finance.
• Hands-on with asset-based facilities: borrowing base, covenants and lender reporting.
• Proven ability to build 13-week cash forecasts for multi-entity groups.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP.
• Clear communicator with lenders, senior leadership and sponsor treasury teams.

Responsibilities

• Own cash management and liquidity forecasting across entities; manage daily cash position.
• Oversee rolling 13-week and 12-month forecasts, explain variances and run scenarios.
• Manage credit facility draws, debt schedule and covenant reporting.
• Coordinate intercompany transfers and funding with controller and PE sponsor treasury.
• Maintain treasury controls, policies and offshore team oversight; support audits.
