Qualifications

• CTP certification.
• 6 years of experience in a treasury management/commercial banking sales is required.
• Demonstrated record of consistently exceeding performance goals.
• Strong client interaction skills with ability to influence sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Persuasively articulate Fifth Third’s value proposition to clients and influence sales outcomes.
• Identify client needs and present working capital solutions.
• Understand payment processes and treasury products and communicate benefits.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline with cross-sell opportunities.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior management and coordinate with RM teams.
• Lead planning to exceed sales goals and deliver timely client service reviews.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and ensure alignment with internal partners.
