Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Michigan Commercial Payments Team Lead to drive sales of cash management products and to mentor a team of treasury specialists. The role emphasizes attaining ambitious sales targets, developing client solutions, and strengthening cross-sell opportunities across treasury services.

You will guide a team through implementation, pricing checks, and client training, while maintaining strong lines of communication with relationship managers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA desirable.
• CCM certification preferred.
• 7–10 years' experience in a cash management sales environment.
• Excellent oral and written skills; basic PC software proficiency (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Sales of Cash Management products and services; devise and execute plans to achieve goals.
• Relationship Group Assignment; maintain communications and advise on new product development.
• Customer Service: resolve issues and coordinate with Ops/Product teams.
• Product Implementation: ensure documentation, pricing, and timelines.
