Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• MBA or advanced degree desirable.
• CCM certification preferred.
• 7–10 years’ experience in a cash management sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding portfolio performance.
• Knowledge of a wide array of cash management products.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficiency with PC software (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Sell cash management products and services and meet individual/team sales goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop treasury management sales team members.
• Assist relationship managers with prospecting and cross-sell activities.
• Contribute to proposal generation and client communications.
• Oversee product implementation and accurate documentation.
• Ensure risk management and compliance with bank policies.
