Job summary

Félix is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to own and operate its treasury function end-to-end. This role ensures funding across fiat and digital currencies, maintains banking relationships, and supports credit facilities.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will build the function from the ground up, hire a Treasury Analyst, and implement scalable policies and controls to sustain rapid growth in a fast-moving fintech.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of treasury experience in fintech, payments or financial services.
• Hands-on experience managing multi-currency treasury operations across entities.
• Direct experience with credit facilities including lender reporting and covenants.
• Strong ability to design treasury policies and internal controls from scratch.
• Experience building internal controls and audit trails for regulatory examinations.
• Familiarity with stablecoins or digital-asset treasury is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasts.
• Manage and deepen banking relationships; onboard new partners.
• Negotiate account terms, fees, and service agreements.
• Oversee debt facility reporting and covenant tracking; manage draws and repayments.
• Develop treasury policies and SOPs; implement controls and audit trails.
• Partner with Accounting, FX and Compliance for proper documentation.
• Hire and onboard a Treasury Analyst as the function grows.
