Figure seeks a self-motivated Analyst to support Treasury and Financial Operations across a multi-entity environment. You will help ensure accurate daily cash and digital asset visibility while managing liquidity, loan sales, and reporting processes.

You will work with Finance, Capital Markets, Product, and Legal to maintain treasury controls and scale our proprietary infrastructure. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment at the intersection of traditional

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the financial services industry with funding, treasury, or financial operations.
• Experience with treasury management software (Kyriba) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash and inventory reporting to maintain liquidity visibility.
• Monitor daily bank balances across operating accounts.
• Perform daily cash positioning for liquidity compliance.
• Execute cash movements (wires, ACH) following SOX controls.
• Manage funding operations for loan sales and related agreements.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close for funding activities.
• Own weekly, monthly, quarterly reports per legal agreements.
• Support cross-functional data collection with Product, Data, Engineering, Legal.
• Reconcile loan and collateral data across systems and blockchain records.
