Job summary

Bakelite GmbH is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager for U.S. and Europe, remote-based in the United States. The role focuses on liquidity forecasting, cash operations, debt reporting, and treasury system optimization across regions.

You will lead a small global treasury team, strengthen controls, and partner with Finance and Operations to improve working capital while maintaining SOX compliance and lender reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of treasury experience in cash management and forecasting.
• Experience with 13-week cash forecasting and ABL/debt structures preferred.
• Private equity or leveraged environment experience preferred.
• CTP/CTM preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Own the 13-week cash flow forecast and variance analysis.
• Lead global cash operations and manage banking activity and intercompany funding.
• Support ABL borrowing base reporting and covenant monitoring.
• Oversee treasury systems, SOX controls, audits and automation initiatives.
• Coach and develop treasury team across regions and improve processes.
