Qualifications

• BA/BS with 5+ years finance experience and at least 3 years treasury experience
• CTP or CFA designation or candidacy is a plus
• Experience with receivables purchase programs or asset-based lending is a plus
• Experience at a private equity backed company is a plus
• Knowledge of banking principles and processes
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• US Citizenship
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Highly driven, self-motivated with strong attention to detail and record keeping
• Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals across the organization

Responsibilities

• Lead daily and weekly receivable purchase program activities and prepare related journal entries
• Support corporate leasing program with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with interest, debt, leasing and cash flow forecast processes
• Perform reconciliations and journal entry reviews for treasury accounts
• Assist with managing interest rate risk management program and hedging strategies
• Compile metrics and analytics to support forecasting and planning decisions
• Support daily cash management and cash forecasting processes
• Develop cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external partners
• Provide backup for other treasury processes and ad hoc analyses
