Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in treasury, corporate finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in leading treasury/finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury strategy aligned with corporate goals and growth.
• Oversee cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt administration, and investments.
• Advise on capital allocation, financing alternatives, and risk.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury technology.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for treasury performance and capital efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with finance, accounting, ops, and executives.
