Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Senior Director of Treasury in Dallas, TX, to lead the organization’s treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, debt management, and banking relationships. You will partner with executive leadership to optimize capital deployment and financial controls.

The role emphasizes strategic treasury leadership, collaboration across finance and operations, and building scalable processes to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Ten years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience; five years leading treasury teams.
• Healthcare/dental/retail/franchise experience preferred; strong cash management and banking relationships.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; CPA, CFA, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury function: cash management, liquidity planning, and capital structure optimization.
• Oversee debt facilities, banking relations, and covenant compliance monitoring.
• Advise on capital allocation, financing alternatives, and risk management.
• Develop treasury policies, internal controls, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Provide executive reporting and KPI metrics; mentor treasury staff.
