Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate/Director in Treasury to support the Forecasting and Planning team, focusing on capital planning, funding and FTP methodologies. You will contribute to stress testing, scenario analysis and regulatory examinations while mentoring junior team members, helping optimize the Firm's balance sheet and funding framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT-related field is preferred.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience expected.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, funding, liquidity and capital planning.
• Excel and quantitative analysis skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and across the Firm on deliverables.
• Lead aspects of projects while adhering to risk and regulatory standards.
• Develop a holistic view of the Firm's balance sheet and allocate funding costs.
• Support FTP design, funding, liquidity and capital allocation framework.
• Assist in model validation, governance and regulatory examinations.
• Support stress testing, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Mentor junior resources on the team.
• Build relationships with stakeholders in Corporate Treasury and front office.
