Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate to join the Capital Planning team within Corporate Treasury. The role focuses on regulatory deliverables, governance and capital planning initiatives across the firm.

You will contribute to CCAR/stress testing and governance materials for senior leadership while collaborating with Finance colleagues globally. Expected base pay ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 per year, with additional compensation packages depending on the position.

Qualifications

• Experience with capital planning or corporate treasury is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a regulated environment.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance colleagues and across the Firm on deliverables.
• Own individual and team projects within Capital Planning governance and processes.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards and controls.
• Support CCAR and quarterly stress test governance, prepare materials for leadership meetings.
• Guide input providers and update governance narratives with stakeholders.
• Liaise with Internal Audit and Process Validation as needed.
• Support governance initiatives and regulatory requests.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews and challenge management assumptions.
