Job summary

QTS is seeking a Finance Senior Manager, Debt & Treasury Operations, to oversee debt facilities, covenant compliance, and cash flow execution. You will partner with Capital Markets, Investments, Legal, Accounting, and FP&A to ensure efficient debt management and reporting.

The role requires extensive treasury experience, leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements across complex financing structures.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance or Business Management with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting.
• Seven or more years of experience in Treasury Operations and Finance.
• Five or more years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of treasury controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements.
• Experience with treasury management systems and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of the Company's debt facilities and covenant compliance.
• Monitor and manage debt instruments across their lifecycle and credit agreements.
• Maintain relationships with lenders, servicers, and financing partners to support transactions.
• Lead debt draw activities and align funding requests with lender requirements.
• Manage treasury operations and reporting, including cash flows and project finance considerations.
