Job summary

QTS Data Centers in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Finance Senior Manager, Debt & Treasury Operations to oversee debt portfolios, covenant compliance, cash flow, and treasury systems. You will partner with Capital Markets, Legal, FP&A and external lenders to optimize funding and reporting.

The role requires 7+ years in treasury/finance, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of treasury controls. Leadership, collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in Treasury Operations and Finance.
• Five+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of treasury controls and SOX compliance.
• Experience with treasury management systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of the Company's debt facilities and ensure covenant compliance.
• Monitor debt instruments and ensure alignment with credit agreements.
• Maintain relationships with lenders, servicers and administrative agents.
• Assist with loan onboarding, debt facility implementations and closeout processes.
• Support Treasury Management System (TMS) administration for debt instruments.
• Coordinate monthly debt draw activities with finance teams and lenders.
• Lead project cash flow management with lenders and credit agreements.
• Analyze treasury cash activities for project finance loans and reporting.
• Manage and report on derivative instruments and debt-related reporting.
• Support audits and treasury controls adherence.
