KeyBank is seeking a Senior Operations Department Manager to oversee Treasury Operations and Credit Inquiry. The role leads managers and associates, directing daily processing, reporting, and control activities across fixed-income, collateral management, funding, and safekeeping.

You will partner with lines of business and Technology to drive strategic initiatives and regulatory readiness. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years in Treasury/Operations,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
5+ years of experience in Treasury Operations, Securities Operations, Banking Operations, Bond Accounting, Financial Services Operations, or related field.
4+ years of leadership experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Treasury Operations to meet objectives, ensuring daily processing, reconciliation, reporting, and controls.
Direct production and resource allocation across investment portfolio operations, collateral management, funding/liabilities, and safekeeping.
Review high-risk transactions and ensure issues are documented, escalated, and resolved.
Drive continuous improvement through process redesign, automation, and system changes.
Coach and develop managers and associates; manage staffing and succession planning.
