Actualize Consulting seeks a Senior Consultant to lead client engagements in treasury and system implementations, guiding liquidity optimization, hedging strategies, and treasury centralization for banks, multinationals, and government entities.

You will lead workstreams, shape actionable recommendations, and drive change in treasury organizations from TMS deployments to cash visibility transformations, influencing decision-makers and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of consulting in corporate treasury, including cash management and forecasting.
• Experience with debt instruments, derivatives, and funding activities.
• Strong project management and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams in Treasury Management System implementations with packages such as Kyriba, GTreasury, IT2, Reval, FIS Quantum or Integrity, SAP.
• Deliver strategic treasury solutions and drive meaningful change for clients.
• Engage with decision-makers and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking experienced and motivated Senior Consultants to lead client engagements, deliver strategic treasury solutions, and drive meaningful change for clients. Required Skills:

• Lead functional workstreams within Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations with software packages such as Kyriba, GTreasury, IT2, Reval, FIS Quantum or Integrity, SAP
• 3 to 7 years of consulting experience in corporate treasury including:
• Cash Management
• Forecasting
• Risk
• Payments
• Exposure and knowledge of financial instruments including:
• Debt – bonds, commercial paper
• Derivatives - commodity, credit, equity, foreign exchange and interest rate
• Funding - credit facilities, corporate debt and intercompany loans
• Process and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Client service oriented

Desired Skills:

• Experience in development technologies such as C#, C++; SQL (MS SQL Server); XML; VBA, Java
• Advanced Access / Excel functions

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics

CFA, CPA, or CTP certification is preferred

Location: North America (USA or Canada)

Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position is USD $65,000 to $120,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location (where applicable). In addition to base salary, eligible employees may receive bonuses or other incentive compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
