Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, cash management, liquidity analysis, FP&A or banking analysis (5+ preferred)
• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, financial modeling) and Power Query; Power BI or a similar reporting tool
• Demonstrated record of automating or streamlining finance or treasury processes, such as TMS configuration, bank connectivity, ERP integration or report automation
• Experience with treasury management systems, bank portals, ERP reporting tools and electronic payment data
• Working knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, payment controls, debt and investments, and financial risk with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with banks, vendors and internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication under competing deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury analysis for multi-hospital system, overseeing cash and liquidity forecasting
• Support debt and investment activities and treasury reporting
• Automate and streamline treasury tasks to replace manual processes
• Build partnerships with banks and treasury vendors and coordinate with Accounting, AP, Revenue Cycle, Payroll, Tax, Legal and IT
