Job summary

The KPC Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to lead cash and liquidity forecasting for its multi-hospital system. You will optimize processes, manage debt and investments, monitor payments, and deliver treasury reporting in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will automate treasury tasks, collaborate with banks and internal teams, and help strengthen controls while supporting sound financial decisions. This role requires on-site presence at CA offices in Santa Ana/Corona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, cash management, liquidity analysis, FP&A or banking analysis (5+ preferred)
• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, financial modeling) and Power Query; Power BI or a similar reporting tool
• Demonstrated record of automating or streamlining finance or treasury processes, such as TMS configuration, bank connectivity, ERP integration or report automation
• Experience with treasury management systems, bank portals, ERP reporting tools and electronic payment data
• Working knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, payment controls, debt and investments, and financial risk with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with banks, vendors and internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication under competing deadlines
