Job summary

KPC Health seeks a Senior Treasury Analyst to lead cash and liquidity analysis across its multi-hospital system, from forecasting to debt and investment support. You will automate treasury tasks, build robust controls, and collaborate with accounting, AP, revenue cycle and IT leadership.

The role requires excellence in Excel, Power Query/Power BI, and experience automating treasury processes. Regular travel between Santa Ana and Corona offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, cash management, liquidity analysis, FP&A or banking analysis (5+ preferred).
• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, financial modeling) and Power Query; Power BI or a similar reporting tool.
• Demonstrated record of automating or streamlining finance or treasury processes, such as TMS configuration, bank connectivity, ERP integration or report automation.
• Experience with treasury management systems, bank portals, ERP reporting tools and electronic payment data.
• Working knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, payment controls, debt and investments, and financial risk with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with banks, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication under competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury analysis for KPC Health's multi-hospital system: cash and liquidity, forecasting, debt and investment support, payment monitoring, financial risk and treasury reporting.
• Apply AFP treasury practices to protect liquidity, strengthen controls and support sound financial decisions.
• Automate and streamline treasury tasks and systems, replacing manual, spreadsheet-driven work with integrated, controlled processes.
• Build strong partnerships with banks and treasury vendors, and work with Accounting, AP, Revenue Cycle, Payroll, Tax, Legal, IT and operating leadership.
