Job summary

Brewer Morris’s client, a growing retail organization headquartered in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to join the finance team. This high-impact role manages day-to-day treasury operations and supports the implementation and optimization of a new Treasury Management System (TMS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years treasury or cash-management experience, preferably in retail or multi-entity environment.
• Hands-on experience with a Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and treasury controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and bank activity.
• Monitor cash balances and ensure adequate funding across entities.
• Execute wire transfers, ACH, and other payment activities.
• Support short- and long-term cash forecasting and reporting.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and support debt compliance.
