Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive treasury or cash management experience.
• Proven ability to build and manage cash forecasting models in multi-entity environments.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management and banking operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Own all cash management activities including daily cash positioning and liquidity management across entities.
• Design and enhance short- and long-term cash forecasting models for senior leadership.
• Oversee cash flow processes to ensure liquidity and efficient capital utilization.
• Manage daily treasury operations, including bank accounts, funding, and intercompany movements.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of a Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and IT to align cash forecasting with financial planning.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across treasury operations.
