Forcepoint is seeking a Treasury Financial Analyst I to join our Global Finance organization. This role focuses on cash management, liquidity forecasting, and FX hedging, collaborating across FP&A, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Payroll, and AP teams to optimize working capital.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 1+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related experience.
• Treasury or cash management experience.
• Excel modelling and data analysis skills.
• Critical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a monthly liquidity and FCF forecast based on projections of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and changes in working capital.
• Partnering with stakeholders to drive accountability on cash related activities and initiatives.
• Forecast balance sheet FX position and propose hedging trades to offset exposure.
• Forecasting balance sheet items integrated with cash flow and liquidity model outcomes.
• Working capital analytics and modeling.
• Cross-functional, external, and executive reporting.
