Job summary

SunStrong Management is seeking a Senior Treasury Associate to support daily treasury operations with a focus on KYC documentation, bank account administration, and cross‑functional coordination. This role offers growth into broader treasury responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, and proficient with bank portals and Excel, ready to partner with Accounting, Legal, Tax, AR/AP, and Asset Management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking operations, finance, accounting, or related area.
• Exposure to KYC processes, bank account administration, treasury operations, or banking documentation preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate KYC documentation with banking partners and internal stakeholders.
• Gather, review, organize, and maintain corporate formation and authorization documents for onboarding and maintenance.
• Coordinate documentation for opening, closing, and maintaining corporate bank accounts and services.
• Maintain an accurate bank account registry, including signers and access controls.
• Review banking agreements and formation documents to support KYC and account management.
• Prepare and load wire payments in multiple bank portals per internal controls.
• Support treasury operations, including account administration and transaction processing.
• Assist Treasury Managers with special projects and process improvements.
