Aon is seeking a Treasury Systems Analyst to own and support North American treasury applications, collaborating with global teams. You will manage configurations, testing, and documentation to ensure accurate cash visibility and robust controls.

The role emphasizes process automation, data integrity, and partnership with treasury operations, banks, and IT to deliver compliant, scalable solutions in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience in a corporate Treasury function and/or in systems/business analysis supporting finance/treasury processes.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Treasury Management System (TMS); familiarity with payment formats (SWIFT MT / ISO 20022).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand end-to-end processes and technology enablers.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, risk and compliance in Treasury.
• Proficiency with Excel and data from multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for day-to-day Treasury and Banking applications for North America.
• Maintain system configurations, reference data, user profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Coordinate and perform system testing for upgrades, patches, and changes.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides for Treasury users.
• Build standard reports and dashboards to support liquidity management and cash visibility.
