Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations & Bank Administration to support the Treasury team with banking duties, optimize bank account structure, and administer treasury workstation access. You will train internal staff and provide ongoing reporting and analysis of system metrics.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in treasury, with experience across multi-location or multi-entity environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing optimization of bank account structure and support for bank administration tasks.
• Manage user access and entitlements for the treasury management system and online bank portals; act as primary workstation/bank portal administrator.
• Liaise with treasury workstation vendor, banks, and treasury department to coordinate training and system administration.
• Provide reporting and analysis of system metrics for end users and executive management.
• Update Universal Bank Account Listing (UBL) as accounts are opened/closed and modify signers/authorized personnel.
• Own change management for treasury system updates, releases, and configuration changes.
• Provide project management for major releases, integrations, and treasury system implementations.
• Monitor treasury system performance and troubleshoot; coordinate with teams to ensure availability and meet SLAs.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Job Summary The Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations & Bank Administration, is responsible for assisting the Treasury team with banking duties, optimizing bank account structure, bank portal administration, user access management/administration of a treasury workstation. The Senior Analyst will provide ongoing support and training to internal team members. In addition, the role will provide reporting and analysis of the system’s metrics.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing optimization of bank account structure including working with internal and external customers to support bank administration related tasks.
• Manage user access and entitlements for the treasury management system and online bank portals. Act as primary workstation / bank portal administrator.
• Acts as liaison between the treasury workstation vendor, banks, and the treasury department to coordinate training, and treasury management system administration.
• Provides reporting and analysis of system’s key metrics for end users and executive management.
• Updates Universal Bank Account Listing (UBL) as accounts are opened / closed, including bank signers / authorized individuals.
• Owns change management for updates, releases, and major configuration changes to treasury management system.
• Provides project management for any major releases, integration, and implementation of treasury management system.
• Monitor treasury management system performance and troubleshoot issues; Coordinate with other teams to ensure application availability and meet SLAs.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.
