Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst in Plymouth, MN to shape investment, liquidity, and funding strategies for a large credit union. You will analyze fixed-income investments, manage ALM activities, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

You will work closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, and external advisors to ensure regulatory readiness and optimize balance sheet strategies, while leveraging Bloomberg Terminal and ALM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
• 4+ years of treasury, investments, ALM, or financial analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of fixed-income securities, portfolio risk management, liquidity concepts, and balance sheet strategy.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis and communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and influencing decisions through data-driven recommendations.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal, ALM systems, or financial modeling tools is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and recommend strategies related to fixed-income investments, liquidity management, wholesale funding, and balance sheet positioning.
• Execute approved investment and funding transactions within established risk, policy, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk metrics, funding alternatives, and market conditions to support decision-making.
• Develop executive-ready reports, presentations, and financial analyses for leadership and committee meetings.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Accounting teams to ensure regulatory readiness and policy compliance.
• Support reporting enhancements, process improvements, automation initiatives, and model governance efforts.
