Beacon Hill is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst for a 10-12 week hybrid contract in Denver, CO. The role supports treasury operations, cash management, liquidity forecasting, and banking relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s in finance/accounting/economics and 2+ years in treasury, cash forecasting, and related areas, with strong analytical and communication skills to partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred.
• 2+ years of treasury, corporate finance, cash management, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking operations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze daily cash positions and liquidity reports.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor cash balances and funding requirements across multiple accounts.
• Execute wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other treasury-related payments.
• Perform bank account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Manage banking relationships and coordinate account maintenance activities.
• Prepare treasury reports for management and provide analysis on cash trends.
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, and Operations teams to improve cash visibility and forecasting accuracy.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities related to treasury.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and treasury procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within treasury operations.

Position Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to support treasury operations during a critical business period. This hybrid contract opportunity is based in Denver and is expected to last approximately 10-12 weeks.
