On-site Monday-Thursday with flexible WFH Fridays is offered.

Qualifications

  • Experience in treasury, banking, accounts payable, or cash management.
  • Past corporate office environment experience and high accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and process wire transfers with a consistently high degree of accuracy.
  • Prepare daily cash analysis and reporting for management.
  • Monitor bank account activity and coordinate with banking partners to resolve issues.
  • Support banking requests, including KYC documentation and new account setup.
  • Maintain contract information in master records.
  • Monitor customer contract expiration dates and coordinate follow-up as needed.
  • Review check payment exceptions and determine appropriate next steps.
  • Maintain and reconcile wire transfer documentation and related records.
  • Assist with borrowing and interest schedules.
  • Analyze monthly bank fees.
  • Support quarterly allowance for doubtful accounts calculations.
  • Upload bank documentation for account reconciliation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, documentation, and efficiency.
  • Provide support to the broader Treasury team and assist with special projects as needed.

Treasury Administrator / Cash & Contracts Specialist

Location: Lakewood, CO

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM start | Flexible work-from-home option on Fridays

Duration: 5 - 6 month contract

We’re partnering with a leading energy infrastructure organization to identify a Treasury Administrator / Cash & Contracts Specialist for a 5-6 month contract assignment in Lakewood, Colorado.

This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury, banking, accounts payable, or cash-management professional who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with financial transactions and banking platforms, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive financial information while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

What You’ll Do
  • Initiate and process wire transfers with a consistently high degree of accuracy
  • Prepare daily cash analysis and reporting for management
  • Monitor bank account activity and coordinate with banking partners to resolve issues
  • Support banking requests, including KYC documentation and new account setup
  • Maintain customer credit limits and assist with management of credit support
  • Coordinate contract completion from drafting through finalization
  • Organize contracts and maintain accurate contract information in master records
  • Monitor customer contract expiration dates and coordinate follow-up as needed
  • Review check payment exceptions and determine appropriate next steps
  • Maintain and reconcile wire transfer documentation and related records
  • Assist with borrowing and interest schedules
  • Analyze monthly bank fees
  • Support quarterly allowance for doubtful accounts calculations
  • Upload bank documentation for account reconciliation
  • Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, documentation, and efficiency
  • Provide support to the broader Treasury team and assist with special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required / High-Priority Experience:
  • Experience in treasury, banking, accounts payable, cash management, or a closely related financial operations function
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Previous experience working in a corporate or professional office environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial and business information with discretion
  • Strong follow-through and willingness to learn new processes and systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of treasury or banking experience
  • Experience working with bank portals and wire processing
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience organizing and streamlining financial or departmental records
  • Familiarity with contracts or contract language
  • Experience with banking compliance, KYC, or related compliance processes
  • Progress toward a college degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
