Job Summary

MCA seeks a Treasury Manager to join our Shared Services organization in a hybrid capacity, with travel flexibility to the local CLT office. This role manages enterprise-wide treasury functions, focusing on change management related to banking transitions, system integrations, and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience navigating organizational change while maintaining stable and efficient financial operations during transformations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead daily treasury operations including cash positioning, forecasting, positive pay, and exceptions.
• Partner with banks and internal teams to support onboarding and integration of new banking relationships during acquisitions and transitions.
• Drive change management initiatives to streamline treasury processes and system integrations.
• Contribute to short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor financial risks such as interest rate exposure and banking security.
• Collaborate with Accounting and other teams to ensure consistent treasury practices.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

What You Will Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant treasury or corporate finance experience.
• Proven success in change management, especially with banking transitions, system integrations, and acquisitions.
• Strong knowledge of cash management.
• Experience in shared services or centralized finance environments is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams.
