Job summary

Lemartec, a MasTec company, seeks a Senior Scheduler to support project managers with planning and scheduling across heavy industrial, commercial, and aviation sectors. This traveling role requires travel up to 100% of the time to projects across the United States.

Successful candidates will manage baselines, resource-loaded schedules, and reporting, applying Primavera P6 and other project controls tools, while communicating effectively with all project levels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling and planning experience on large industrial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• PMI or AACEi certification is a plus.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and other project controls tools.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and maintenance of project baselines and reporting systems.
• Prepare and maintain cost/resource-loaded schedules, forecasts and EV analyses.
• Lead planning/scheduling portions of projects and develop critical path logic.
• Analyze status against baselines and assess design/construction changes.
• Report schedule status to project teams and clients; travel to project locations.
