Leapros Skilled Trades in Nashville, TN is hiring a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to lead commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical construction projects nationwide. You will supervise large field crews and uphold safety and workmanship on new construction and capital projects.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of supervisory electrical experience, deep NEC knowledge, OSHA 30 certification, and the hands-on ability to guide crews of up to 100 across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of documented work experience in electrical field within construction.
• Minimum 10 years of prior supervisory experience in electrical construction.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, NEC, and construction safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities across single or multiple active project sites.
• Manage up to six subordinate supervisors and oversee a total workforce of up to 100 employees on projects up to 200,000 man-hours.
• Make hiring and firing decisions for project field personnel.
• Read and interpret blueprints and lay out electrical work in accordance with project specifications and NEC standards.
• Coordinate and install conduit and cable tray systems, including measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling, and installing electrical conduit.
• Demonstrate proficiency in bending 90s, offsets, and saddles in EMT, GRC, and IMC.
• Set up and coordinate large cable pulls, pull and splice wire, and understand circuiting.
