This role requires on-site executive presence, extensive travel (up to 75%), and a proven ability to mobilize resources, manage complex logistics, and lead diverse teams on national-scale projects valued well above $50,000,000.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven history managing large-scale electrical projects on a national scale.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across states.
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in diverse geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid mobilization and strategic execution of remote electrical construction projects nationwide.
• Manage logistics and labor relations across jurisdictions, complying with Electrical Code and local laws.
• Provide high-level oversight for single, massive-scale projects ($75M to $200M+).
• Coordinate with Pre-Construction and Estimating to allocate resources for new markets.
• Maintain executive presence on sites to drive safety and operations.
