Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our most complex electrical builds, with contract values exceeding $50,000,000. This executive role requires strategic thinking to manage massive teams and multi-year horizons.

You will oversee local operations, mentor project managers, and direct mega-projects nationwide, coordinating with owners and stakeholders and implementing risk management for large-scale infrastructure or data center initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of leadership experience in electrical construction.
• Proven track record of delivering projects valued at $50,000,000 or more.
• Advanced knowledge of design-build processes and integrated project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for the largest accounts within the Local Operations.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Consult on pre-construction efforts and high-level estimating for major local bids.
