US Federal Solutions (USFS) is seeking a Senior Federal Travel Systems Analyst to support EXIM in implementing and operating the GO.gov travel platform. The role involves system administration, configuration, testing, and ongoing support for travel authorizations, vouchers, and approvals.
The ideal candidate has extensive federal travel regulatory knowledge, strong customer service, and experience with SIT/UAT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive federal travel operations experience.
- Experience with GO.gov, Concur, E2 Solutions or similar government travel systems.
- Strong understanding of FTR, travel workflows, and reimbursement procedures.
- Experience with software implementation, testing, and issue resolution.
Responsabilités
- Serve as primary GO.gov travel system support contact for federal employees and officials.
- Troubleshoot travel orders, vouchers, user profiles, and routing configurations.
- Coordinate with GSA, IBM, EXIM, and GO.gov stakeholders on implementation milestones.
- Participate in SIT/UAT, create test plans and scenarios, document results.
- Develop SOPs and user guides; deliver end-user training.
