US Federal Solutions, Inc. (USFS) is seeking a Senior Federal Travel Systems Analyst to support EXIM in GO.gov implementation and ongoing operations. You will oversee system configuration, testing, and user support, serving as a bridge between EXIM, GSA, IBM, and internal finance and IT teams.

You will guide SIT/UAT, develop test plans, document defects, and drive improvements to travel workflows. Federal travel policy knowledge and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/admin/IT.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in federal travel operations.
• Experience with GO.gov, Concur, E2 Solutions, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of FTR and federal travel workflows.
• Experience in system implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SIT/UAT and test planning.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary GO.gov travel system support contact for agency personnel.
• Troubleshoot travel orders, vouchers, user profiles, routing, and workflows.
• Provide first-level functional/technical support and escalate as needed.
• Manage user profiles, roles, and delegated approvals.
• Maintain travel system configs and alignment with policies.
• Develop test plans for SIT/UAT and document results.
• Coordinate with GSA, IBM, and EXIM on implementation milestones.
• Prepare executive briefings and status updates.
• Create SOPs and user guides; deliver end-user training.
