Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Cookeville, TN is seeking a Phlebotomist III to travel within an assigned territory and perform specimen collection with high accuracy. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay range of $22.38+ per hour and eligibility for an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at PSCs, IOPs, or other sites.
• Perform specimen collections with venipuncture and capillary draws; handle difficult draws with minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures; perform data entry.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; label, centrifuge, split, and store as required.
