Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical construction projects and leadership of project teams.
• Ability to develop schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Strong client and stakeholder management across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee cost control, billing, forecasting, and change orders.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and leadership.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, APs, and PMs as appropriate.
• Support business development and securing repeat work.
