Senior Travel Agent (Hybrid 4 days in office)

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you are the face of our company. You'll communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more. Do you communicate effortlessly and have customer service at heart? Read on!

Responsibilities:

• Search and confirm travel reservations for clients
• Understand client travel policies and provide consultation accordingly
• Fulfill requests related to regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Provide industry information such as fares, exchange costs, and penalties
• Review operational processes and relationships with clients to suggest improvements
• Maintain and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

About you:

• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

The salary range for this position in applicable US jurisdictions is between $45,000 and $65,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
