Qualifications

• Masters level education required.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience.
• Experience in emergency surgical or critical care nursing focused on trauma care.
• Ability to interpret data to meet goals of the Trauma Division and Nursing Department.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and leadership.

Responsibilities
