New Hanover House is seeking a dedicated Resident Transporter to safely transport residents to medical appointments, community activities, and other outings. The role focuses on safety, comfort, and friendly, professional communication with residents and staff.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and a willingness to assist residents with mobility and boarding. Training for vehicle operation will be provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Experience in transportation, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate a passenger transport vehicle (training provided).

Responsabilidades

• Safe transportation of residents to medical appointments, activities, and events.
• Assist residents during boarding and exiting vehicles to ensure safety and comfort.
• Ensure company vehicles are clean, fueled, and well-maintained; report issues.
