Job summary

Senior Neighbors Inc. in the Grand Rapids area is seeking a Transportation Representative to provide safe, reliable rides for older adults to nutrition sites, medical appointments, and community activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Chauffeur License, and strong navigation and communication skills. Hours are 7:30 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with competitive benefits and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to nutrition sites, shopping, medical services, and social activities as scheduled.
• Maintain daily records of program services.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and follow maintenance schedule.
• Provide ambulatory assistance and other transportation-related help.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and safety; report deficiencies.
• Participate in trainings and meetings.
