Senior Neighbors, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Representative to support older adults in Northern Kent County. You will drive to appointments, assist passengers, and ensure safe, reliable rides across the community.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid Chauffeur License, with strong navigation and communication skills for coordinating with RideLink and dispatch systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Chauffeur License required.
• Excellent navigation skills and ability to use navigation apps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow scheduled plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to nutrition sites, shopping, medical services, etc. as scheduled.
• Maintain daily records of all program services.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and follow maintenance schedule.
• Provide ambulatory assistance and other transportation-related help.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and report deficiencies.
• Participate in trainings and meetings as directed.
