Job summary

Senior Neighbors Inc. is seeking a Transportation Representative to provide safe, reliable rides for older adults across Kent County. This full-time position supports nutrition sites, medical appointments, and community services via the RideLink dispatch system.

You will maintain trip records, perform pre-trip vehicle checks, assist riders, and coordinate with the Transportation Services team. A valid chauffeur license, high school diploma or GED, and strong navigation and communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Chauffeur License required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to nutrition sites, shopping, medical services, etc. as scheduled through RideLink.
• Maintain daily records of all program services.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and follow maintenance schedule.
• Provide ambulatory assistance and other transportation-related support.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and report deficiencies to management.
• Participate in trainings and meetings as directed.
