Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or transportation engineering required.
• 12+ years of transportation engineering experience including roadway design and project management.
• Professional Engineer license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise design and construction bid document prep for transportation projects.
• Present effectively at meetings with clients and the public.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress.
• Mentor staff, manage workloads, and resolve issues.
• Prepare scopes and budgets for proposals and contracts.
• Maintain communication with municipalities and regional agencies.
