Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE required).
• 15-20+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience.
• Experience managing major roadway projects for FDOT, Turnpike Enterprise, tolling authorities, or regional agencies.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits and deliver complex roadway projects for regional transportation agencies.
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor project managers and junior staff while supporting professional development.
• Contribute to strategic growth and pursuit planning in the Tampa Bay and Florida Gulf Coast region.
